| 01. How does the Portable Cassette Recorder work? |

Portable Cassette Recorder works just like a real life portable cassette recorder. You create cassette and store multiple recorded audios in the inlay card. You can record, play, rewind, ffw and pause just like a real portable cassette recorder. A Cassette holds 60 minutes of audio (full version). |

| 01. What is a Inlay Card? |
| An inlay Card stores all the recorded track list. Every time you make a new record, it will automatically create a new track. The tracks are named as sessions. |
| 02. How to Open the Inlay Card? |
| Tap on the cassette cover in the tape recorder. |
| 03. How to customize the name my audio track? |
|
You cannot customize the audio track (by default its called Sessions), but you can assign different name from the available Preset Name window. Tap the list icon (top right) in the inlay card and choose the name from the list. |
| 04. How to change my cassette name? |
|
Go to library, and tap on the cassette which you want to rename, a drop-down menu opens and select 'Edit Title'. Your new cassette title will automatically reflect in the tape recorder and inlay card. |
| 05. How to delete a session? |
| Swipe your finger on any session (iOS / Android). You can also use long tap in Android. |
| 06. Can I change the audio quality? |
| Before you record, Go to the Settings screen and set the quality for the desired format. |
| 07. How to play the audio directly from the inlay card? |
|
Tap on any Session, current playing audio will indicate a green color. You can also tap again to pause directly from the inlay card, without going to the
main screen. Tap again to release the pause. |
| 08. Can i convert multiple audio's at once? (iOS) |
| You cannot convert everything at a same time, but you can put the convert in queue. Tap on the convert button when the previous convert is in progress and select the format. To cancel the queue, just tap on the queue button again. |

| 01. How to create a new cassette? |

Tap on the '+' icon at the top right. You can create upto 5 cassettes in the Free version and Unlimited cassettes in the Full version. |
| 02. How long i can Record? |
|
You can record upto 60 minutes in Full version and 3 minutes of recording in the Free version. |
| 03. Why my cassette is highlighted in green color? |
| The green color shows that the cassette is currently loaded. |
| 04. How to load another cassette? |
| Tap on any cassette to open the drop-down menu and tap on the little cassette icon. If the cassette is already loaded, you have to use the back button in the navigation bar to go back to the Tape recorder. |
| 05. I cannot able to delete my cassette? |
|
If the cassette is currently loaded, you cannot delete. In the Free version you cannot delete cassettes once you created. |
| 06. How to delete all the cassettes in the library? |
| You cannot delete all the cassettes from the library. One cassette has to remain always. |
| 07. I cannot able to select the audio in the export window, it is all greyed out? (iOS) |

Make sure your audio is converted in the inlay card. If it is not converted you cannot able to select the audio in the export window. For Free version, you cannot export the audio. |
| 08. How the audio will be exported through mail? |
|
All the selected audios will be zipped before sending through mail (iOS). The zip file name will be your cassettes title. For Free version you cannot export the audio. |
